How Great You Are

O YAH my Elohim, You are so great,
Clothed in splendor, robed in light.
You stretch the heavens like a tent,
Your majesty fills day and night.

The winds are Your messengers, flames are Your fire,
The earth stands firm at Your desire.
The waters fled at Your command,
Your mighty hand shaped all the land.

O YAH, how great You are,
Your glory fills the skies.
You set the stars, You call the seas,
Your wonders never die.

From the mountains high to the oceans deep,
Your creation sings Your praise.
O YAH,how great You are,
Forever all my days.

you send the streams through valleys low,
The beasts pf the field are fed.
The birds find rest in the branches You grow,
Each life by Your hand is led.

The grass You make for cattle to graze,
Wine and bread for hearts to raise.
The trees of the Lord are full of sap,
Where birds find homes and creatures nap.

O YAH, mah gadol Atah
(O YAH, how great You are)

Kevodcha maleh et hashamayim
(Your glory fills the skies)

Samta kokhavim, korata yamim
(You set the stars, You call the seas)

Nifla’otecha lo yikhl u le’olam
(Your wonders never die)

Meheharim gvohim ad yamim amukim
(From the mountains high to the oceans deep)

Briyatecha mesapret tehillatecha
(Your creation sings Your praise)

O YAH, mah gadol Atah
(O YAH, how great You are)

Le’olam, b’chol yamai
(Forever all my days)

The moon marks seasons, the sun knows it’s place,
Night falls, and creatures roam in grace.
The lion roars
At dawn they hide and man’s work is new

In wisdom, You’ve made it all so grand,
The earth and seas, the work of Your hand.
Let Your glory endure forevermore,
My soul will praise You and adore.

O YAH, how great You are,
O YAH, mah gadol Atah
Your glory fills the skies.
Kevodcha maleh et hashamayim

You set the stars, You call the seas,
Samta kokhavim, korata yamim,
Your wonders never die,
Nifla’otecha lo yikhl u le’olam.

From the mountains high to the oceans deep,
Meheharim gvohim ad yamim amukim.
